The National Art League welcomes the public and actively engages with our community to promote the arts.

 

Some of our past activities and functions include:

• Participation in the Douglaston Village Arts Festival​

• Participation in the Zion Church Strawberry Festival

• Internship opportunities for high school students to volunteer their time and learn about the business of running an art league.

• Scholarship Award to graduating Cardozzo HS senior majoring in art in college.

• Collaborate with PS811Q school to exhibit artwork for special needs students.​

• Free artist demonstrations.

• The annual art raffle presents an opportunity for the community to bid on and win an original artwork donated by the artist members of the League.
